Person Mootu is the founding Okakarara (VTC) manager, built the Okakarara Cultural Village and expanded a 3-building vocational school into a big institution. One would perhaps read too much or little into a small boy always playing with wood. Children like to make noise and often go for things that make the most noise, and wood is not one of those things. The only joy a small boy would find out of playing with wood would be beating two pieces of wood against each other.
